Croft Community School Council (formerly Hare Law) has been running since 2004. New members are elected in each class every Autumn by their classmates. They represent the views and opinions of their pastoral group. A chair and vice chair are elected by the council at their first meeting.
Meetings are held on a regular basis, and members have the oportunity to discuss and put forward ideas for their respective classes.
The School Council have helped make some important changes over the years, such as working with staff to gain Healthy Schools status and Investors in Young People Award.
The School Council provide a very important voice through which all of our young people are able to express opinions and ideas that will have an impact on their time in school.
