Lovely atmosphere around school this morning as classes prepare their stalls for our Fayre tomorrow. Come along and buy cakes, hair bobbles, decorations, bunnies and more! Raffle tickets will also be on sale. There will also be many opportunities to win prizes on a tombola and make an Easter wish on our Easter tree. Please come along and support our students and the PTA. If you can’t attend, feel free to send some money in with the students to buy things themselves.
P15 and P10 are creating Easter bunnies and Easter lollies for the Fayre.
P7 have been learning about the 2020 Tokyo Olympics in Computing creating presentations using special effects, graphics and eye catching colours and slogans.
P4 and P5 are having great fun in PE, playing tag rugby. They have learnt the rules of the game and have also learnt how important it is to be a good team player, supporting and encouraging each other.
Future rugby stars in the making!

P1 have enjoyed exploring colour mixing. After reading Dear Zoo and Handa’s Surprise, we chose to make either a lion or an elephant mask and have experimented with different paints to mix together to make the colour that we needed.
P3 have been busy today making Easter crafts for the fayre this Friday (29.03.19).
Don’t forget to stop by P3’s stall to see the finished products.
Fantastic afternoon at multi sports! Yet again the children of Croft Community School shone. They worked well together, took part in all the activities to the best of the abilities and had a ball. Lots of smiles and cheers all round.
On Monday primary and secondary students took part in a range of sporting events to raise money for comic relief. These were Table Tennis, Cricket, Running, Climbing, Dodgeball and Zumba. Here are a range of photos of students from different classes having lots of fun and engaging in article 31 of the Convention of the Rights of the Child, the right to relax and play. Our community support officers also enjoyed the day as did staff! Mr Davis did, however, get beat at dodgeball!
