Just wanted to post up a couple of photos of our brilliant young engineers in 9G. Two students both won awards last night in the tutor for excellent and creative designs in the young engineer competition. We are proud of you both!
8G students really enjoyed the celebrations today. Pupils worked enthusiastically producing a letter to children of the future for the time capsule. There was also plenty of cake decorating and other fun activities!
A huge thanks to One Stop stores and their regional manager. One Stop have funded the school new play equipment and also twenty new stunt scooters! A lot of time was spent hunting around multiple stores Halfords stores to find exactly what the school wanted. We are really grateful, a huge Croft thank you!
8G had a brilliant trip to Newcastle castle today. Students had the castle to themselves as they had a guided tour and then looked at weapons Norman soldiers would have worn. A special thanks to Mr Nichol who drove the minibus and the enthusiastic staff team!
Fantastic cookery lesson in Croft on Thursday. Following Mrs Fortune’s ideas students created their own healthy eating burgers or healthy pizza. They used 5% mince and grilled the burger.
