Birch at the Beach (Article 28&31)

Yesterday Birch visited Seaham Beach for a trip out and were surprised by some very friendly guests of Dolphins, which was amazing.  Once we were at the beach we found a lovely secluded safe spot and set up for our adventure with some pop up tents for shade and beach blankets for our picnic.  During the morning we played beach games such as dodgeball and catch.  Lots of us brought buckets and spades and done some digging and building sandcastles. After a lovely relaxing time playing with our friends we had our lunch and shared our best moments then Mrs Kennedy and Mr Walker took the children into the water for some wave jumping and to have a splash. Once we all got changed into our dry clothes everyone went to the Ice cream parlour and got a cone with sprinkles, syrup and a flake to end our magnificent day before traveling back to school.
