Online Sensory Circuits
Hi everyone I hope you are all well. I thought you might be interested in this…
The Witherslack group have organised Sensory Circuits starting on Monday 11th May at 11am on Facebook with a 30 minute exercise based on sensory motor circuits to alert, organise and regulate sensory systems. These specially selected activities aim to organise, calm and engage your child for the day ahead.
This is perfect for burning off some energy, and a great activity for both young people and adults to kick start your week. So get limbering up, and tune in at 11am every Monday. Enjoy!
